Lateral Partner, Litigation — Beijing/Shanghai

Leading international litigation firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its commercial litigation and arbitration practice in China. The role will focus on high-value domestic and cross-border commercial disputes, including international arbitration.

The partner will join an established team handling complex, high-stakes matters across sectors and will be expected to originate and manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work with regional and global colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration at partner level
• Experience leading teams on complex, cross-border disputes and proceedings
