Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Chicago

Leading international law firm seeks a senior lateral partner to strengthen its Chicago litigation and corporate governance offering. This role will handle high‑stakes commercial disputes and advise on board‑level governance matters, often with cross‑border elements.

The successful candidate will be client‑facing, responsible for developing and originating new business, mentoring and growing a team, and collaborating with colleagues across U.S. and international offices.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading significant commercial litigation and advising on corporate governance matters
• Demonstrated business origination and client development experience
• Experience managing teams and working on cross‑border matters; active bar admission in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
