Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Los Angeles

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow litigation and corporate governance work from the Los Angeles office of a leading international firm. The role will combine courtroom-facing litigation matters with counseling on governance, compliance and board-level issues for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible practice leadership role, collaborate with cross-border teams and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to expand a client base and work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes and governance matters.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in litigation and corporate governance matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Admission to practice in California (or eligibility) and experience managing and mentoring teams
