Senior partner opportunity in a full-service office seeking a partner to lead and grow an interdisciplinary fintech, cybersecurity and corporate practice. The role will combine complex commercial litigation and corporate/M&A work, with a strong emphasis on clients in regulated technology and financial services.

The successful candidate will help expand a cross-border practice focused on fintech, cyber incidents and corporate governance, working with both litigation teams and transactional lawyers. This is a partner role with responsibility for business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in both commercial litigation and corporate/M&A matters, ideally with fintech or cybersecurity clients
Proven origination and client-development track record
Experience leading teams on complex, cross-practice matters and mentoring associates
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
