Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — Harrisburg

Senior partner-level opportunity in the firm's Harrisburg office combining litigation, corporate and technology-focused work. The role will lead cross-practice matters in fintech and cyber security, advising on transactional and contentious issues arising from technology-driven businesses.

Ideal candidate will manage and grow client relationships, originate new business in fintech/cyber and lead deal and dispute teams. The position involves client-facing responsibility, mentoring associates and collaborating with national and regional offices on strategic matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in litigation and corporate work involving fintech, cybersecurity or technology clients
• Proven business development and client relationship skills, with experience originating and closing matters
• Ability to lead teams on M&A, corporate governance and high-stakes disputes
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
