Lateral Partner, Litigation & Employment — Austin

A well-established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Austin litigation and employment practice. The role focuses on commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, and healthcare-related matters, with opportunities to lead client engagements and grow regional market share.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to develop business, supervise associates, and contribute to practice development across litigation, employment and healthcare-related matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level commercial litigation and employment practice, including courtroom or significant arbitration experience
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and cross-selling services
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Active bar admission in Texas or willingness to obtain it
