Seeking a partner to join a busy litigation group in Indianapolis, focusing on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. The role will handle contested matters at all stages, including trials and hearings, and provide strategic counseling to corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen and grow existing client relationships, lead complex matters, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a broad-practice commercial litigation platform with cross-practice collaboration.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established litigation and labor & employment practice with substantial trial and motion experience
Proven client development and relationship-management track record
Bar admission in Indiana (or ability to waive/transfer) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
Experience supervising and developing associates and working across complementary practice areas (healthcare, professional liability, construction)
