Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Minneapolis

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis litigation practice. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on employment and labor matters, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes, and construction litigation.

The partner will lead client engagements, supervise teams of associates, and develop new business across the listed practice areas. The position offers a chance to take on high-responsibility matters, expand a litigation platform in the region, and work with cross-practice teams on complex disputes.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
• Experience handling professional liability, healthcare, or construction disputes preferred
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership abilities; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
