National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its disputes team in Rapid City. The role will focus on commercial litigation with significant work across employment & labor, healthcare-related disputes, professional liability, and construction matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the office, managing client relationships, supervising associates, and developing regional business. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national resources while maintaining a strong local practice presence.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level litigation experience handling employment, healthcare, professional liability or construction disputes
  • Track record of originating and managing client matters and supervising junior lawyers
  • Licensed to practice in the relevant state or able to obtain admission
