Lateral Partner — Litigation — Florham Park

Established national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Florham Park office. The role is client-facing and first-chair, leading complex commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling high-stakes disputes and will have access to a broad platform of national resources while maintaining significant autonomy to develop and manage a litigation book.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven first-chair trial experience and track record of leading complex commercial disputes
• Strong business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and active standing
