Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level litigation experience with a healthcare focus (FCA, managed-care or government investigations preferred)
Proven trial or appellate experience and ability to lead complex commercial and technology-related disputes
Strong business development record and experience supervising teams
Active bar admission in Texas or willingness to obtain it
