Leading multi-practice office is seeking a lateral partner to help expand litigation, intellectual property and corporate capabilities from the Irvine location. The role is focused on growing fee‑earning revenue, developing cross‑practice matters and collaborating with partners across the firm’s U.S. platform.

Priority areas include IP and patent litigation, mass torts/product liability and corporate governance/ERISA-related work. The team offers a flexible approach to compensation and billing arrangements and supports partners who bring a substantial portable client base.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial partner who can originate and manage significant matters, mentor associates and work across offices to build a broader regional practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner with demonstrable origination and client management skills in litigation, IP or corporate practices
Track record in mass tort/product liability, patent/IP litigation or ERISA/corporate governance matters preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and develop cross‑practice opportunities
