Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Los Angeles

Leading national firm seeks experienced partner to join and grow its litigation, intellectual property and corporate practices from the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on developing and leading matters across IP (including patent litigation), complex product-liability and mass-torts, and corporate governance and transactional work.

The team is prioritizing partners who can bring a portable client base and who are comfortable collaborating across offices to expand regional capabilities. The position offers a partner-level platform with flexibility around compensation structure and billing arrangements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation and/or IP with proven business development skills
• Track record handling mass-tort, product-liability or high-stakes IP matters (trial and/or appellate experience preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and to lead a team
