Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national full‑service firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role will sit across litigation, intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation) and corporate practices, with a particular focus on growing client relationships and originating new work.

Priority is given to candidates with established practices in corporate, IP litigation or mass tort/product liability work, and those comfortable collaborating across offices to expand regional coverage. The team is open to candidates prepared to help develop business in southeast and west coast markets, and to partners able to support opening or strengthening local offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in litigation, intellectual property and/or corporate matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management skills
• Track record of cross-office collaboration and business development
