Lateral Partner, Litigation — New York

Senior litigation partner opportunity in a major New York office of a national/international law firm. The role is client-facing and focused on leading high‑stakes commercial litigation matters, supervising teams, and working closely with in‑house counsel and opposing counsel in complex disputes.

The team handles bet‑the‑company and consequential commercial disputes across courts and arbitral forums. The firm is seeking a practitioner who combines courtroom and motion practice experience with business development capability and team leadership.

• Established litigation partner with a strong track record in commercial disputes and courtroom experience
• Proven team leadership and matter management skills, including supervising associates and coordinating outside counsel
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and excellent academic and professional references
