Leading national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its New York office. The role will focus on high‑stakes commercial and regulatory litigation across industry sectors, with significant trial and appellate work.

The group handles a broad range of dispute matters (excluding IP prosecution) and offers established platform support, a collaborative partner bench, and national client relationships. The successful candidate will help grow and lead matters and client teams in the New York market.

• Portable book of business of $10M+ (USD)
• Established track record of leading complex commercial or regulatory litigation matters
• Significant trial and appellate experience and strong courtroom presence
• Proven client origination and team leadership skills
