Senior-level partner opportunity at a well-established Canadian firm seeking experienced litigators and real estate practitioners to join its Montreal office. The hire will strengthen and complement existing Financial Services, Real Estate, Commercial and Litigation capabilities.

Search is open to mid-to-senior partners; a substantial portable book is not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates strong practice skills and the ability to originate and lead matters. The firm is also open to junior partners with a solid practice record and to candidates with experience in related areas such as private equity, environmental and white-collar matters.

Candidates should be comfortable building and managing a busy practice and collaborating across commercial and disputes teams. There is flexibility on timing for senior hires and on structuring for candidates approaching retirement.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in one or more of: financial services, real estate, commercial litigation
Proven client development and matter leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively across transactional and litigation teams
