Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Austin

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a strong focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role will involve leading high-stakes civil and regulatory litigation, supervising junior lawyers, and developing client relationships across complex commercial and securities disputes.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice handling trial and enforcement work, collaborating with cross-office teams and contributing to business development efforts. This is an opportunity to take a senior litigation seat in a well-resourced platform while growing a client base in the region.

• Significant partner-level litigation experience with a track record in securities and white-collar matters
• Proven trial and/or regulatory enforcement experience and ability to lead teams on complex disputes
• Demonstrable business development skills and client relationship management
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
