Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Charleston

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and expand a Charleston-based disputes team with a strong securities and white-collar component. The role involves managing complex civil and regulatory matters, supervising a team of litigators, and developing a pipeline of private-client and institutional work.

Ideal candidates will combine courtroom and regulatory experience with demonstrable business-development capability and the ability to work across related practices. The position reports into senior firm leadership and will have responsibility for client management, case strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and securities-related matters, including white-collar/regulatory experience
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and lead a litigation team
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to gain admission
