Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Chicago

Senior litigation partner opportunity in a busy Chicago office, focused on securities-related disputes, regulatory enforcement matters and white-collar investigations. The role will lead complex litigation and enforcement work, advise corporate clients on exposure and risk mitigation, and handle trial and appellate matters as needed.

The team seeks a partner to help grow and mentor associates, develop new client relationships, and work collaboratively across practices on cross-border and corporate regulatory matters. This is a high-visibility position with significant responsibility for matter strategy and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities litigation, enforcement, or white-collar defense
• Proven trial or major-motion experience and strong courtroom advocacy
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
