Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Dallas

Established national law firm seeks a senior litigation partner to join its Dallas office and lead contentious securities and white-collar matters. The role combines courtroom advocacy, complex investigations, and client-facing management across private and corporate clients.

Partner will supervise case teams, develop business in the region, and work closely with cross-practice groups on high-stakes disputes and regulatory enforcement matters.

• Proven trial and appellate experience in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development in the Dallas market
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and run multidisciplinary litigation teams
• Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and strong academic/professional credentials
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
