Lateral Partner Litigation & Securities Detroit

Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Detroit office to lead and develop complex securities and white-collar litigation matters. The role combines client-facing case leadership, trial advocacy, and team mentoring within a busy defense-oriented practice.

The successful candidate will manage high-stakes litigation, build relationships with in-house and external clients, and work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. The position offers substantial autonomy to grow a regional practice while leveraging national platform resources.

• Proven track record as a civil and securities litigator with experience handling white-collar or regulatory matters
• Significant partner-level litigation experience and trial/arguing experience preferred
• Strong business development skills and ability to mentor associates
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
