Lateral Partner Litigation & Securities Harrisburg

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to establish and grow a litigation and securities practice in its Harrisburg office. The role will handle complex commercial, securities-related, and white-collar matters, appearing in court and overseeing significant disputes.

The partner will lead a small team, mentor junior lawyers, and build client relationships across public- and private-sector clients. Strong courtroom presence, regulatory and enforcement experience, and business-development capability are essential.

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain admission)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with securities and white-collar matters
• Proven record of courtroom and trial advocacy
• Demonstrable business-development skills and relationship management
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
