Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Houston

National litigation practice seeks a senior partner to lead and expand a securities and white-collar litigation offering from the Houston office. The role combines high-stakes litigation, courtroom work, and client development across financial services and corporate disputes.

You will manage matter teams, oversee case strategy and discovery, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development to grow the practice regionally. The position provides significant autonomy to build a portable practice while coordinating with a broader national litigation platform.

• Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities and white-collar matters
• Proven trial and appellate experience and strong courtroom presence
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Ability to lead and mentor teams across complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
