Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Irvine

Senior litigation partner role in the Irvine office of a national law firm seeking an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow contentious securities and white‑collar matters. The role combines courtroom leadership with development of client relationships and management of litigation teams.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad docket of securities‑related litigation, internal investigations and white‑collar defense, supervise associates and engage with in‑house and external clients on strategy and case resolution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and courtroom experience in securities and white‑collar matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to lead teams and mentor associates
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in relevant federal courts
