Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Kansas City

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy Kansas City litigation and securities practice. The role will lead complex commercial and securities disputes, including white‑collar and regulatory matters, and supervise a team of associates while managing case strategy from intake through trial or resolution.

Partner will be expected to maintain and grow client relationships, drive business development in the region, and work with national practice colleagues on cross‑jurisdictional matters. This is a partner‑level opening with responsibility for originating work and contributing to practice management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in litigation and securities matters, including white‑collar or regulatory investigations
• Proven trial and case management record and experience supervising associates
• Strong business development skills and ability to develop regional client relationships
