Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Miami

Established national litigation practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Miami team to lead complex commercial and securities disputes, including white‑collar and regulatory matters. The role focuses on courtroom and investigative work, case strategy, and managing high‑stakes litigation for private clients.

The partner will run matters, supervise associates, and play a visible role in business development across the region. This is an opportunity to grow a litigation platform within a large, national firm environment while maintaining an active trial and regulatory practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience, including securities and white‑collar matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Ability to manage teams and mentor junior lawyers
• Licensed to practice in Florida (or eligible) with strong courtroom presence
