Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and expand a securities-focused litigation practice in New York. The role will handle complex securities litigation and related white-collar matters, supervise teams, and drive high-stakes litigation strategies.

The firm seeks a senior lawyer who will develop client relationships, win new matters, and collaborate across practices on cross-disciplinary investigations and disputes. This is a visible role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securities litigation and white-collar matters
• Extensive courtroom and trial experience handling complex commercial or regulatory disputes
• Proven business-development skills and ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and experience leading teams
