Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, New York

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy securities and white‑collar practice in New York. The role will involve leading high‑stakes securities disputes, regulatory investigations and related enforcement matters for corporate and individual clients.

The partner will manage matters from intake through trial, supervise associates, and develop client relationships and business opportunities within the practice. The team handles cross‑border and complex commercial litigation and regulatory work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in securities litigation and white‑collar/ regulatory matters
• Admissions to the appropriate US state bar (New York preferred)
• Demonstrated trial and investigations experience and ability to lead teams
