Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Phoenix

Established Phoenix office seeks a lateral partner to expand its litigation and securities practice. The role will take a lead position on high-stakes commercial and securities-related disputes, including matters with regulatory and white-collar elements.

The partner will join a broad litigation platform and collaborate with regional teams across the United States. The firm is looking for a seasoned lawyer who can originate business, manage client relationships and mentor junior litigators.

• Proven trial and complex securities litigation experience; background in white-collar or regulatory matters preferred
• Established book of business and demonstrable origination track record
• Strong leadership and client-management skills; experience supervising associates
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
