Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology — Atlanta

Senior litigation partner opportunity in a large national firm seeking an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow a Technology & Privacy practice from the Atlanta office. The role combines complex commercial litigation and class action work with cutting-edge privacy, data protection and technology disputes.

The team handles high-stakes matters for corporate clients across regulated and technology-driven industries. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in client engagement, case strategy and business development within the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and class actions, with significant experience on technology/privacy-related matters
• Proven client relationships and demonstrated business development success
• Experience managing trial teams and mentoring junior lawyers
