Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology - Dallas

Senior litigation partner role within a national firm’s Dallas office, focused on technology-related disputes, class actions, and privacy/data-protection matters. The team represents corporate clients across regulated- and commercial-technology sectors and handles high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation and regulatory responses.

The role offers leadership of significant matters, client relationship development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across practice groups. The successful candidate will help grow the practice in the region and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience leading complex commercial and technology-related litigation, including class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
• Strong client-development record and ability to originate new business
• Bar admission in Texas or ability to qualify for admission and willingness to be based in Dallas
