Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Los Angeles

Senior litigation partner role in a major US firm seeking an experienced trial and complex litigation lawyer to lead and expand a technology-focused practice in Los Angeles. The role blends class action and privacy/data-protection work across regulatory, consumer, and commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will manage significant matters, supervise and develop associates, and play a central role in client development. This is a hands-on leadership position with substantial fee-earner and business-generation responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on technology-related disputes, class actions, or privacy/data-protection matters
• Proven record of leading teams, managing large-scale litigation, and developing client relationships
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California
