Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, New York

Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a litigation practice with a strong technology focus in the New York office. The role emphasizes class action defense, privacy and data-protection matters, and high-stakes commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on matters, supervise associates, work closely with clients on risk mitigation and incident response, and help develop the practice through client origination and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in litigation with significant experience in class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to be admitted)
