An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its litigation platform in Austin, with a practice spanning intellectual property, patent litigation, and antitrust and competition matters.

The role suits a partner with a focus on patent litigation in the life sciences and technology sectors, alongside antitrust litigation connected to private equity work. The firm maintains active practices across private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy, and the Austin position sits within a broader Texas presence.

This is an open-compensation opportunity for a partner looking to bring and grow a portable practice within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.

• Partner-level experience in litigation, with a focus on intellectual property, patent litigation, and/or antitrust and competition
• Demonstrated strength in patent litigation involving life sciences and technology clients
• Experience in antitrust litigation, including matters tied to private equity
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
