Lateral Partner — Patent & Antitrust Litigation — Austin

Seeking a partner to expand a thriving trial practice in Austin focused on patent litigation for life sciences and technology clients, together with complex antitrust litigation linked to private equity matters. The role will handle high-stakes disputes and lead litigation strategy from case inception through trial.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary team serving technology, life‑sciences, and private‑equity clients across Texas and nationally. Opportunity to build on an existing practice platform and develop new client relationships in a broad commercial litigation practice.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation and life‑sciences/technology disputes
• Experience handling complex antitrust litigation, including matters tied to private equity transactions
• Proven client development and matter leadership skills; trial experience preferred
