An international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office, leading existing practices in Finance and Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust and Competition. The role calls for a partner capable of maintaining and expanding these complementary practice areas across the firm.

The incoming partner will be expected to serve clients in capital markets, private equity, patent litigation, life sciences, technology, and energy. The firm maintains strong sector focus and anticipates that the candidate will continue to develop these areas.

• Book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in Finance & Banking, Intellectual Property, and/or Antitrust & Competition
• Demonstrated success in capital markets, private equity, patent litigation, life sciences, technology, or energy
• Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia or eligible for waiver
