Seeking a senior patent litigator to join a busy IP litigation team in Dallas. The role will focus on managing high-value patent suits, leading trial and appellate strategy, and supervising associates on complex matters.

The hire will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships, originate business, and collaborate across IP and commercial litigation practices. This is a partner-level opening with significant responsibility for practice growth and case leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation, including trial or high-stakes contested matter experience
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
