Lateral Partner, Patent Litigation & Finance — Los Angeles

Seeking a partner to join a major U.S. firm’s Los Angeles office to lead and grow a high‑value patent litigation practice while collaborating across finance-related practices. The role suits a rainmaker with deep patent litigation experience and interest in cross-practice opportunities with leveraged and structured finance teams.

The partner will take responsibility for originating and managing complex IP disputes, supervising teams, and developing new client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a large, multidisciplinary platform.

• Proven track record in patent litigation and client origination
• Experience managing litigation teams and high‑stakes matters
