Lateral Partner — Patent Litigation, Stuttgart

Experienced patent-litigation partner sought to lead and develop a Germany-focused IP disputes practice from the Stuttgart office. The role will focus on contentious patent work in German courts and cases before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

The firm is building continental-European patent capability to complement existing soft-IP coverage and seeks a lawyer with a proven courtroom track record, cross-border experience and the ability to grow client relationships and originate instructions across industry sectors.

• Admitted to practise in Germany with substantial experience in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings
• Proven track record of leading complex infringement and validity matters in German courts and before the UPC
• Strong client-development skills and ability to originate and grow cross-border work
• Fluency in German and English; team leadership and coaching experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
