Lateral Partner, Patent Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a Washington, D.C.-based lateral partner to lead and grow a life-sciences focused patent litigation practice. The role centers on Hatch-Waxman litigation, complex patent disputes, trade-secret matters and selected technology disputes (including semiconductor-related work).

The successful candidate will join a specialist IP litigation team, handling high-stakes cases for pharmaceutical, biosimilars and technology clients with cross-border connections in Greater China and Taiwan. This position combines courtroom responsibility with business development for sustained client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience leading Hatch-Waxman and complex patent litigation matters
• Track record of developing and managing life-sciences and technology clients
• Experience with trade-secret and semiconductor-related disputes and cross-border client engagements
