Lateral Partner, Private Credit & Fund Finance (Flexible location)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a private credit, fund finance and special situations practice within a global corporate and banking platform. The role will focus on originating and advising on private credit transactions, fund financing and restructuring matters for institutional and sponsor clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team with existing activity in fund finance and special situations and will be expected to drive business development, mentor junior lawyers and strengthen cross-border capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

• Significant partner-level experience in private credit, fund finance, special situations or restructuring.
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex financings for private equity sponsors and institutional lenders.
• Strong cross-border experience and ability to work across multiple jurisdictions.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
