Lateral Partner, Project Finance — Dubai & Saudi Arabia

Leading international firm is seeking a senior project finance partner to lead and grow its Middle East project finance practice, with primary focus on Dubai and Saudi Arabia. The role combines originating mandates, leading complex financings and coordinating cross-border teams.

The partner will run client relationships across the region, advise on project and infrastructure financings, and mentor and develop a team of local and international lawyers. This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant business development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive project finance experience acting for lenders and sponsors on large-scale infrastructure and energy financings
• Proven track record of originating and leading cross-border transactions in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and UAE)
• Experience managing and developing teams, and strong client relationship and business development skills
