Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Anchorage

Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Anchorage office of a national law firm. The role combines high-value construction litigation with real estate transactional work and client counselling across the region.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial disputes, manage litigation teams, and work directly with owners, contractors and insurers. Strong business-development skills and a proven track record of bringing in and expanding client relationships are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate matters
• Proven client-development and relationship-management record
• Admitted to practice in Alaska (or able to transfer/admit)
• Experience supervising associates and managing case teams
