Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Century City office of a leading national law firm. The role combines client-facing deal work with practice development and team leadership across commercial real estate, project delivery and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex development, leasing, acquisition/disposition and construction contract matters, advise on risk allocation and claims, and work closely with transactional and dispute-resolution colleagues. This is a visible role with significant business development responsibilities and opportunity to expand an established practice on the West Coast.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring associates and collaborating across practices
California bar admission or eligibility to practice in California
