Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Boston

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston real estate and construction litigation group. The role focuses on leading complex construction disputes, representing owners, contractors and design professionals, and managing client relationships across a range of commercial matters.

The partner will join a collaborative team handling trial and arbitration work, supervising associates, and contributing to business development initiatives. This is a practice-growth role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Proven experience handling construction and real estate litigation matters, including trials or arbitrations
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; strong business-development focus
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates and leading case teams
• Admissions in Massachusetts (or ability to become admitted)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
