Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Hartford

Established national practice seeks a partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation capability in Hartford. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related matters for a diverse regional and national client base.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and take a visible role in client development, case strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a hands-on position with responsibility for trial and arbitration work as well as managing client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Proven trial, arbitration or large-docket litigation experience and courtroom presence
• Track record of client development and team leadership; admitted to practice in Connecticut (or able to waive/obtain admission)
