Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — New York

Experienced construction litigation partner sought to join a busy New York practice handling construction, real estate and commercial disputes. The role will lead complex contested matters across project disputes, contract claims and related real-estate litigation.

Successful candidate will take primary responsibility for case strategy, client relationship management and business development while mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles matters across multiple sectors, working with sophisticated owner, contractor and developer clients.
