Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — London

Senior partner-level opportunity for an experienced real estate and construction lawyer to lead and grow a market-facing practice from the firm's London office. The role combines client relationship leadership with hands-on fee-earning on complex commercial property and construction matters.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating work, managing a team of lawyers and fee-earners, and developing sector-focused opportunities across transactional and contentious mandates. This is a visible role with real strategic influence over practice direction and client engagement.

• Portable book of business of £1.5M$-£2M+
• Proven partner-level track record in commercial real estate and construction (transactions and/or disputes)
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship management experience
• Experience managing and developing fee-earning teams
