Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — London

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a market-facing Real Estate and Construction practice from a central London base. The role involves advising on high-value property transactions, major construction and development projects, and related commercial real estate matters across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will join an established practice team, take a lead client-facing role, and help drive growth through business development and cross-practice collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for mentoring fee-earners and shaping practice strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in Real Estate and Construction law, including transactional and project work
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and developing new business
• Qualified lawyer in the UK or equivalent jurisdiction with significant fee-earning and team leadership experience
