Well-established U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction practice in New Jersey. The role will focus on core "dirt law" matters, construction disputes and transactional work, with additional involvement on hospitality-related matters and succession/estate planning for owner-operators.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising developers, owners and lenders across the region. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating work, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups.
